The Cocoa Village Holiday Boat Parade is this coming Saturday, December 12, 6:00-7:30 pm.  Click here for the route map.  The parade starts about 1.5 miles south of Cocoa Village near Orange Avenue in Rockledge and heads north.

This is an unusual cruise since we aren't meeting for dinner anywhere, just sailing to a location and anchoring to watch.  Hosts Winnie and Ralph Crawford to anchor Oriyo between the start and south of Cocoa Village at coordinates 28.3455° N (28° 20.73') and 80.7202° W (80° 43.22') -- see blue dot on the map. However, you can anchor anywhere along the route you desire.  Grover reports that the T-dock at Lee Wenner Park will be used for judges, so no boats will be allowed there.  The hosts also suspect that the floating docks will be full.  The organizers say there is about 5-feet of water in that area.  There are also many boats anchored in the basin.  There is plenty of depth south of Cocoa Village.  If you have any questions, please contact Winnie Crawford at winnie.crawford@outlook.com
