Plan ahead now for the ever-popular Memorial Day Weekend Cruise to Port Canaveral.
In the spirit of celebrating the club’s 60 Anniversary, the cruise will be held at the fourth spoil island in the Banana River, just like the good old days. The GPS coordinates are:

The plan is to sail in Saturday for an island cookout. Then Sunday morning will be brunch on Chesire, provided by Steve and Chiz (cruise hosts) before an ocean sail in the afternoon. Sunday evening will also be a cookout for those interested. Monday we head back to the barn or wait till Tuesday to avoid the holiday rush on the ICW. Since it has been several years since the club last visited this location, we’ll try to get the dinghy up there to check out the islands and the water depth. Stay tuned for further details.
