ECSA Annual Awards Banquet - Saturday, January 30, 2027 

This is always an enjoyable evening, with a fun recap of our amazing cruises and activities in the past year, plus exciting events planned for the year ahead.

Location:  Melbourne Yacht Club 
1202 East River Dr, Melbourne, FL 

Times: 
5:00-6:00 p.m.  Social hour with cash bar 
6:00-7:00 p.m.  Dinner 
7:00-8:00 p.m.  Awards Ceremony and installation of new officers 
8:00-9:00 p.m.  Social time 

Reservations: 
Pre-payment will be handled through TidyHQ (credit card or Zelle) or bring in/mail a check. 
Last day to make reservations is January 15, 2027. Please RSVP early! 

Ticket price: $50.00 

Dessert: 
Calling All Bakers and Non-Bakers! 
In preplanning the Awards Banquet, I’d like to call on all the bakers in the club and non-bakers 
(you can pick one up) and ask that you bring a dessert to the Awards Banquet. Please email 
Mavis and let her know what you’re planning on bringing. I know there’s a lot of culinary talent 
out there. Let’s take advantage of it!
